FIELDWORK SL. , hereinafter CONTROLLER, is the Data Controller of the User’s personal data and informs the User that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force on the protection of personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, Therefore, the following information about the treatment is provided:
 
Purpose of processing: to maintain a commercial relationship with the User. The operations planned to carry out the processing are:

Users, by ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields, marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary to respond to their request, on the part of the provider, the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE PARTY is true and is responsible for communicating any modification of the same.
 
The RESPONSIBLE party expressly informs and guarantees users that their personal data will not be transferred under any circumstances to third parties, and that whenever any type of transfer of personal data is made, the express, informed and unequivocal consent of the Users will be previously requested. The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Users and has communicated to them the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
